LOUIS VUITTON: Paris Spring Summer 2011

The new LOUIS VUITTON line brings us references to art deco and art nouveau, with a clearly Asian touch. The stuffed tigers at the show confirmed that the new line is wild and excessive - and it's worth a close look.

With an optimistic tone, the brand bring us shine and vibrant shades. Their tiger prints form a tribute to designer Kansai Yamamoto, who worked wth Marc Jacobs. With Shanghai and its chic clientele in mind, the line is a luxury dialogue with one of today's top fashion markets. There are purples, pinks, turquoises, oranges, cat prints and the brand logo on exquisite silks and fans in a farewell to minimalism.
