No matter the year, trend, or designer du jour, it never takes much to get our fashionable juices pumping with the mention of spring jewelry trends. Like an amazing pair of lace-up wedges or the most coveted new bucket bag, an injection of fresh jewelry can do wonders for waking up a sleepy wardrobe. And this season, there are a handful of themes that have us reshuffling our spring/summer must-haves. From colossal cabochon-style stones to the sexiest tassels and fringe, our favorite spring jewelry trends really run the gamut of wearable art. And if you're wondering if those glorious Dior earrings are too far out of your reach, never fear: As equal opportunity editors, we've assembled a lust-worthy list of amazing options at almost any price-point....yes, this spring, it's bling for all!
1. Big Mixed Cabochon-Style Stones—The last few seasons have been like jewelry on steroids. Not that we'll ever say no to a great statement necklace. But this spring, the Big idea that caught our eye was the use of giant Cabochon-style stones, à la Proenza Schouler and Bottega Veneta. Organic and elegant.

2. Tassels & Fringe—Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Dior all seemed to have an Art Deco-meets-'70s moment with the re-imagining of huge, gorgeous tassel earrings and fringe necklaces. We like, and this is one we'll be wearing.
Above, clockwise from top left: Louis Vuitton spring 2011 runway, photo courtesy of Louis Vuitton; Iosselliani Skull Fringe Earrings, $195, available at Barneys New York; Hive & Honey Art Deco Fringe Earrings, $24.99, available at Piperlime; Old Navy Chain Earrings, $7.50, available at Old Navy; Madewell Flapper Fringe Necklace, $62, available at Madewell.
3. Clean & Architectural—Perhaps as a back-lash to all the mixed piled-on pearls, chains, and stones that continue to fill boutiques, Pamela Love, Giles & Brother, and other designers opted for super spare, clean, and almost architectural pieces. And for the OCD or easily distracted, the simplicity is nothing short of refreshing.

4. Plastics & Perspex—The trend toward really childlike, whimsical jewels with a '60s feel always has a place in our wardrobes. So, for spring, we were doubly excited when designers like Karen Walker and Marni turned out fun plastic-fantastic necklaces and wide perspex-like colored cuff bracelets.

Well, for spring, the more exotic rose-gold is stealing center-stage, with a striking necklace by Eddie Borgo and a surprisingly sophisticated Michael Kors watch taking top honors on our spring/summer wish-list.

We know you're never averse to a notice-me outfit, especially at the height of party season, but what about your party hairstyle? Well, since that glittering evening is practically upon us, it's time to throw some smart-n-sassy beauty sense into your dress-up routine with an effortless, DIY hairstyle. But what really makes these 5 looks work are the accessories, which are to say, major, and the extra bonus is that theses winter hair accessories are far from one-hit wonders—besides being party-perfect, they can easily transition into wearable pieces. So, here's to mixing classic, can't-fail party eve hairstyles with some new and improved headbands, clips, or sparkling combs—you might even want to leave your jewelry at home!
1. The Shining—With a season ablaze in sequins and sparkle, it's no surprise that glimmering accents are making a splash in holiday hairstyles. Maintain the ideal balance of sparkle by keeping things simple with smooth, flowing waves. Add a gemstone clip on the side or use it to secure an easy ponytail, and all eyes will be on you, not a hair faux pas. Keep the look smooth and frizz-free with a light hair oil.

2. Wild Child—There's nothing wrong with letting out your inner party girl to ring in the New Year. Mix metal studs with sweet ballerina buns for a play on contradictions or channel a unbridled Studio 54 vibe with free-flowing hair and gold-accented headband. If you're going the ballerina bun route, remember to style it toward the back of the head, not at the top. Otherwise you'll be faced with some unflattering competition. A touchable hairspray holds the style in place and a texturizer will add natural movement or a touch of sexy-messy.

3. The Feminine Greaser—This style is less complicated than it looks, and lets you go crazy with bobby-pins. Divide your hair into four sections (top, sides, and back) and prep with hairspray. Curl each section, starting with the front, with a curling iron in two-inch pieces and pin into rolls. After letting the hair cool, twist part of the back section into a bun at the nape of the neck and twist the remaining curls into "S" shapes at the back of the head and secure with pins. Next, slick the side sections back (add some gel) and pin with bobby-pins and barrettes. Work the ends of the sides into the updo. Spray the top section with more hairspray, and brush into a slight pouf and pin.

4. Extreme Side Effects—Ranging from sleek to curly, the severe side part with a clip is another quick way to take your hair into evening territory. Create your part, sweep the hair across your forehead, and clip on the side. Spray it lightly with dry shampoo to add texture, or slick back into a bun or ponytail.

5. The Easy A—Adding a comb or accented pin to any hairstyle is a fast and uncomplicated way to amp up a New Year's Eve ensemble. Pull one or both sides back and leave hair down, slide a pin into just one side of the hair just above the ear, or even stick a comb into the side of a French Twist or top of a bun. Experiment and see what works for you, but really, going beyond two combs or clips will max out your 'do. Don't go overboard.

Bright eye shadows managed to talk the style-conscious public into wearing eye-catching looks. Indeed celebrities make no exception when it comes of the orange eye make up trend 2010. Those who would like to sport one of the must have hues of the season should definitely enrich their make up tone kit with the endless shade of the cheerful orange color. Learn how to accentuate your glimpse in a few steps and offer a real example on how to nail down the latest make up trends.
This year we had the chance to get insight into the huge popularity of smoky eyes make up . Indeed why
not create it also in orange, this would be the ultimate tendency also adopted by celebrities in order to immortalize their glimpse at special events. There's no need to restrict yourself to the darker tones when you have the chance also to sport some of the bright orange tones paired with the cute orange lips trend or the nude lips make up style. These all wouldn't require more than a few minutes to prepare your skin as well as the actual application. From the out-of-this-world looks to the more natural designs all will be available when taking a glimpse at the runway collections. Make up artists managed to come up with endless ideas on how to rock the orange eye make up trend 2010.
The first stage as in the case of all make up styles it to prepare the field for the application of various products. A flawless complexion is the best guarantee to have success with your look. Therefore use a natural looking foundation shade and also a concealer that would help you mask the various skin flaws as acne scars and pimples.
Play with the tones and make sure these complement your natural skin color. The application should be uniform and profound in order to have a spotless appearance. In order to secure the long lasting effect of your eye make up you can also apply a thin layer of primer. This will bring out the color as well as the brightness of your glimpse.
Use a black or orange eyeliner to highlight the shape and also correct if necessary of your eyes. Both the black as well as more intense shades would be able to set the basis of your chic eye make up.
Those who long for orange smokey eyes should go for the black alternative as it would look stunning when paired with deep and more vibrating orange tones. It is a must to tackle both the lower lash line as well as the upper one. This would pave the way for a voguish look. Use a flat-topped make up brush or a cotton swab to slightly smudge the too defined lines.
For a sultry look make sure you apply the darker and more profound shades to the crease area. This would emphasize the shape and size of your eyes. The darker orange tone or copper and other deep tones placed on this spot would add some depth and dimension to your glimpse.
Use the proper make up brush to define the eyes and choose the colors you would like to use in order to create a more summerish or night-time orange eye make up. Start from the outer corners of the eyes and head towards the inside gently and with precision. Both pastel as well as sheer shades would look fabulous in this combo. The more prominent you would like to have your eyes the higher you can go on the crease with the upper and darker layer.
